Kindle Tea - A traditional Ayurvedic Tea blend known as “CCF Tea” made from 3 magical seeds - Cumin, Coriander and Fennel. Enjoy a unique, savoury tasting herbal tea that supports the digestive system.
Ingredients: 100% Organic & Dry Roasted Cumin, Coriander & Fennel seed
Traditional uses in Ayurveda: Ignite digestive fire, gentle cleanse of toxins, gas, bloating, heaviness, sluggishness or constipation
Instructions: Steep 1 tea bag or 1 tsp of tea in boiling water for at least 3-5 minutes, allow to cool slightly and drink. You can get multiple uses out of the same tea bag or tsp, however it will get weaker each time.
This tea can be consumed any time of the day, if you experience sluggish digestion, consume tea 30 minutes before or after your meal.
*If you experience any adverse reactions to the tea, stop consuming immediately.
